Booking Conditions
Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 60 days before arrival receive a full refund minus admin fees.

Cancellations within 31–59 days incur a 30% charge of the total booking.

Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable.
Guarantee & Payment Policy

A 30% deposit is required to secure the reservation.

The remaining 70% balance must be settled 45 days prior to check-in.
